Our sea buckthorn leaves are hand picked from the trees in the early summer months. They are air dried in a dark cool space for a few weeks to preserve their delicate flavour and colour.
Brewing Instructions: Let the tea leaves steep for 5 minutes and enjoy the delicate flavour similar to green tea either hot or at room temperature.
